Wonderful
The room size was amazingly big, we have plenty space for four of us. Because good distance from Karuizawa station, so very quiet setting, and relaxing atmosphere. The public bath was amazing too, really enjoyed it.
Because little bit old fashioned, so no mobile phone connection near the beds. Specially traveller from overseas don't have Japanese socket, so I have to ask the charger from reception. As well as this, small kitchen is in the room, but no dishes and cutlets, I didn't know until last day that we could ask reception and borrow them. Dishes are not keeping in the room, have to ask to the reception.

What was the highlight of Hotel Cypress Karuizawa
I will try to come again if I visit Karuizawa.
The lounge provides good refreshment when we arrived. The spread was generous and it was a nice place to take a rest upon arrival in the cold autumn. Especially the spinach fruit smoothie, it was simply marvelous! In addition, the room was big and comfortable for two people. It is a bonus when the Delicia Supa is within walking distance. It is a good place for us to re-stock our snacks and drinks. Overall, it was a pleasant experience in Cypress Hotel. Thank you very much for your hospitality!
The decor of the room is a bit dated and old fashion but other than that, everything else fine. Perhaps it would be good to provide shuttle services from Karuizawa station as it was a bit of struggle to handle luggage and the cold weather while walking to and from the hotel.
