Great Hotel Stay
Love the space of the room and the little kitchen to heat up simple food and make warm drinks. There is a Mcdonald, bakery and a big supermarket a short walk away. Osen facilities and lounge wear provided. Yayy! Free car park. Best to rent a car to explore Kaurizawa sights.
Only a single lift to serve all guests for all floors. Very busy and need to wait awhile to get on it. At the lobby to reach the lift, you need to carry the luggage a short flight of steps. Should provide dishwashing detergent.

Great value for money!
Great amount of space in the rooms, we stayed for 4 nights in a twin room and had a fairly modern room with lots of space. Room had a separate desk and long lounge area. Was nice and warm during winter and good bathroom facilities. Public baths were good, two large indoor baths and three outdoor per gender - one bath was closed in both women's and men's during our stay (but no issue, lots of baths to spare). Facilities are a little dated as its a slightly older hotel but staff were really helpful and we enjoyed our stay!
